Use Case Maker is a freeware tool which aims to assist you in the documentation task of system analysis/development processes. With this utility you can easily define UML actors and use cases, generating a variety of reports right afterwards, which could be in HTML, PDF, RTF or XML 1.1 formats. Particularly, the HTML format saves styles of these reports into CSS, so you can easily customize them if you want.
The program has a very simple user interface, with basic but clear icons. The main window is split in two sections, the left panel is an object tree wherein you can manage the actors and user cases involved in a particular model. Moreover, in accordance with the UML specification, you can add packages defining more use cases and actors to enhance the modularity of your model.
On the right pane you will define the properties of the selected object. When opening several objects you can easily find them since they are arranged into tabs.
Personally I found this tool very helpful for generating use cases very quickly, but I don't know if it's suitable for large-sized projects. Anyway it is freeware, you could find out for yourself.
